The firm

PMF advocats is fast becoming one of the leading specialists in International Immigration Law in the Girona area. Our dynamic young multi-lingual team offers an in-depth knowledge of the complex field of immigration.

Set up in 2004, the guiding light behind PMF advocats is Pau Masó Frauca, member 2,578 of the Girona Bar. Awarded a Degree in Law by the UDG in 2000 and an ESADE-URL diploma in 2003, he is currently a member of the immigration subcommittee of the Girona Bar. His previous professional experience at Càrites Diocesana in Girona (2002-2004) and Assessoria Ribas-Àlvarez (2000-2004) has reinforced his meticulous and respectful approach and his special interest in social issues. PMF advocats aim to identify and apply the most appropriate solutions to the potentially highly complex problems of their clients, who are often involved in uncertain and fast-moving situations where careful and accurate legal support is essential.

PMFadvocats’ clients are citizens from other countries who wish to set up home in their host society – non-EU and EU or Spanish citizens who require legal services as immigrants, workers, businesspeople, tourists, reunited family members, students, consumers, refugees etc., and who wish to exercise their rights and duties in their new circumstances. Our extensive field of operation covers all our clients’ needs and we are fully equipped to act both in Spain and abroad.

PMF advocats’ founding values are excellence, common sense, honesty and transparency, and we pride ourselves in sharing and becoming involved in every case we handle.
